        主講人:陳瑞冰

        【個人簡介】

        陳瑞冰,天津大學藥物科學與技術學院教授。2005年畢業于北京大學化學與分子工程學院獲得學士學位。2009年畢業于美國威斯康星大學麥迪遜分校獲博士學位。主要研究方向是腫瘤蛋白質組學。曾獲天津市“131”人才第二層次、天津市青年科技優秀人才、天津市青年人才托舉工程等人才稱號。目前已發表SCI收錄學術論文四十篇,其中第一/通訊作者論文21篇,多篇論文發表在組學領域國際高水平期刊Nucleic Acids Research和 Molecular & Cellular Proteomics上。作為項目負責人主持國家重點研發計劃子課題及國家自然科學基金面上項目等4項國家級項目,并主持天津市自然科學基金等省部級科研項目5項?,F任中國質譜學會理事,及多個國際期刊審稿人。

        【報告內容簡介】

        癌癥是來源于上皮細胞的惡性腫瘤,是嚴重影響人類健康的重大疾病。與正常細胞相比,腫瘤細胞獲得了一系列特殊的生物學特性,例如持續增殖的能力、抗凋亡、激活血管生成、向周邊組織浸潤及發生轉移。這些特性與腫瘤細胞內部生命過程的變化密不可分,這包括基因組的不穩定性、細胞代謝的改變以及炎癥等等。蛋白質組學是近二十年快速發展起來的分子生物學檢測技術,是高通量、定性、定量檢測蛋白質分子及其化學修飾的重要方法,為我們了解腫瘤發生發展的調控機制、尋找新的治療腫瘤的有效手段提供了必要手段。本報告將介紹癌癥的生物學特征,簡述調控腫瘤進展的重要生理過程,進而介紹蛋白質組學技術的發展及其在探索腫瘤發生發展機制及臨床診療方面的應用和研究進展。

        Lecturer: Ruibing Chen

        Ruibing Chen is a Professor at School of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology of Tianjin University. She graduated from Peking University in 2005, and obtained her PhD in Analytical Chemistry from University of Wisconsin at Madison in 2009. Research in her laboratory is focused on developing and implementing proteomics strategies to gain new insights into the molecular mechanisms regulating tumor development and progression. She has published 40 peer-reviewed scientific papers in top journals in the area of proteomics. She is now a committee member of the Chinese Society for Mass Spectrometry, and she serves as a reviewer for many international journals.

        About the Lecture:

        When normal cells evolve progressively to a neoplastic state, they acquire a succession of many hallmark capabilities, such as sustaining proliferative signaling, evading growth suppressors, resisting cell death, activating invasion and metastasis, etc. To better understand cancer biology is crucial to discover novel therapeutic anti-cancer strategies. Herein, I will firstly introduce these hallmarks of cancer, and then highlight the current progress in proteomics, and how we use proteomics strategies to study the mechanism and clinical phenotypes of cancer.
